BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

Baltimore, Maryland was a lot of fun to visit, even if I didn't get to see my Texas Rangers play at Oriole Park at Camden Yards (we had tickets, but we got rained out). I had wanted to see that ballpark ever since it opened, so I at least got to do that even if our game was postponed. Still, we had time to see the Maryland Science Center and take in a Planetarium Show and an IMAX double feature. We also visited the Baltimore National Aquarium, which was a lot of fun. I even held a starfish!

Baltimore is still an active port and while visiting the Inner Harbor, you are bound to see many visitng ships. While we were there, the HMS Tromp from the Netherlands was docked. There are also several ships moored there that take visitors around the Inner Harbor.
